Responsibilities

> Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons 
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks 
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations 
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails 
Clean bars, work areas, and tables. 
Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. 
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Requirements And Skills

> Training or Experience with Bartending, 
Extensive Knowledge of Drink Mixing and Garnishing, 
Strong Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Multitasking, Attention to Detail, Organisation, Ability to Stand for Long Periods, Strong Observational Skills, Conflict Resolution

Minimum Qualification Requirements

> SSCE, OND, HND

> 1 year
